2.1. All content that is non editable by Users, such as the code and design, is property of i4nr.

In summary, this means that others can for example slice and dice, re-use, change and delete any information you submit as well as publish your contribution or part of your contribution on another web site provided that the same or comparable share alike license is used. Therefore:
  ▫ If you do not like the idea of other people playing with your words, do not make any contributions to this website.
  ▫ Please make sure that you do not submit someone else’s work.
  ▫ Think for yourself, write for yourself, use the pictures taken by yourself and when you are happy with your contribution, click the Submit button. We appreciate all your contributions!

If Name or user name is not provided the photos submitted will also be attributed to i4nr under the same or comparable share a like license if published by a third party.
2.4. By submitting any contributions to this Website, you are acknowledging that you are fully entitled to do so and that the material is your own or you own the rights to use that material.

3. PRIVACY AND REGISTRATION
3.1. i4nr Users will be able to register at the Website in order to
3.1.1. Attribute photos submitted to this Web page (as specified in section 2.3 of these Terms and conditions and under the Share a like license)
3.1.2. Participate in i4nr competitions (if applicable)
3.2. In order to register the following information will be required:
3.2.1. (“User name”): User name can be selected by the User and can be any combination of letters and/or numbers providing it is not offensive in any way.
3.2.2. (“E-mail”): e-mail address of the User
3.2.3. (“Password”): Confidential selection of any combination of letters and/or numbers by the User at the time of registration
3.3. If not registered, the IP address of the User will be used in the update history log or photo attribution reference.
3.4. i4nr reserves the right to reject any registration without any further notice.
3.5. We are committed to respecting the privacy of everyone who accesses the Website and registers (“User”). User's personal login information, such as User's email and password, will never be made visible to the general public. i4nr will not pass on or sell any acquired User personal information to Third Parties, it is strictly used for the functionality of this Website. We may collect, store and use information provided by the Users in order to communicate with regards to the Website or competitions run by the Website if applicable.
